ReelMade is a product of Hephon L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 2653412.01), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai. In this policy "we" means Hephon. Questions: hello@reelmade.app.
What we collect
When you reserve a free video we collect:
- The link you paste: your website or Instagram page, or your business name if you have neither.
- Your email address, so we can send you the video.
- Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to give it.
- Your voice-over choice (English or Lebanese Arabic).
- The page you reserved from, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept for security.
To make your video we read the public pages of the link you gave us: text, photos, prices and colours that anyone can see. We do not log in to anything and we do not access private accounts.
What we use it for
- To make your video and email it to you.
- To reply when you write to us.
- To keep the service secure and stop abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else handles it
- DigitalOcean (servers in Amsterdam, Netherlands) hosts the website and database.
- Migadu (Switzerland) sends and receives our email.
- Cloudflare protects and speeds up the website.
- AI services we use to read your site and make the video receive the public content of your site, never your email address.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation until we have delivered your video and for 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your choices
Email hello@reelmade.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
