What ReelMade uses from a gym or studio website
Classes and the schedule
Class names, lengths and descriptions, and the times on your schedule page, so the ad can name the 6 a.m. ride.
Memberships and intro offers
Plan prices, intro packs, guest passes and founding-member rates with their terms, as your site writes them.
Coaches
Coach photos and bios from your team pages, with the classes each one teaches.
The space
Photos of the floor, the studios and the amenities, short cuts of class videos already on your site, and photos you add yourself.
Locations and hours
Every club's address and opening hours, and the opening date for a new one.
Member words
Reviews and member stories word for word, with names as given, and any rating your site displays.
No promised results and no before-and-after. ReelMade treats health and body claims as regulated: the questions never offer a promise your site doesn't make, and the film shows the class, the coach, the room and the price.
Where to run gym ads: Reels, TikTok, Stories and Maps
Each film is a 9:16 vertical video with burned-in words, in 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. Gym Facebook ads usually aim at a few miles around each club, so make one film per location.
| Placement | Shape | Length | What works |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instagram and Facebook Reels ads | Shape9:16 | LengthUp to 15 minutes allowed by Meta. Keep a class walkthrough to 30 seconds. | What worksThe room or the coach first, then the intro offer. |
| Instagram Stories ads | Shape9:16 | LengthStories ads shorter than 16 seconds play whole, so choose the 15-second film. | What worksOne time slot or one offer, and Book now. |
| TikTok In-Feed ads | Shape9:16 (recommended) | LengthAllowed up to 10 minutes. 15 to 30 seconds holds a class format. | What worksOpen on movement or a question, never on the logo. |

The thing a nervous first-timer wants to see: the room, the class or the coach, in the first second. Then one offer and one button. The questions ReelMade asks are built around that order: who the ad is for, what proves it, and whether there's a reason to come this week.
Not from ReelMade. Body and health claims are regulated territory, so the film shows classes, coaches, spaces and prices, never a body transformation or a promised result. On Meta, weight loss product ads must also be aimed at people 18 or older, while fitness services and health clubs are outside that rule (Meta Transparency Center, checked October 28, 2026).
No. ReelMade uses the photos on your site, short cuts of class videos already there, and any photos you add. If your site has few photos, the photo step asks for yours before the film is made.
Yes, and for local ads you should. Make one film per club and use the notes to name that club's address, hours and offer. Each film is its own video, so each location's ad says its own street.
$9.99 for one finished film, $39 for five (one per location or per class format), and from $3.96 a video on a monthly plan. Reading your site and answering the questions cost nothing. Ad spend on Meta or TikTok is separate.
15 seconds for Stories, where Instagram plays ads under 16 seconds in full; 30 seconds for Reels and TikTok. Our gym samples run 26 to 33 seconds. The film itself takes about 10 minutes to make.
